1 credit = 1 answer sheet graded. Schools, colleges, coaching centres and training institutes start with 5 free sheets, no card required. After that the institution buys credits, and credits do not expire.

- One credit grades one complete answer sheet: every answer on it, against your criteria. Credits are consumed only when a sheet is graded.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay in your institution's account until you use them.
- What happens after the free trial?
- Every institution starts with 5 free sheets. After that, the institution buys credits to keep grading. If an institution runs out of both, grading pauses, but your data stays available throughout.
- How do I pay?
- Online, via Razorpay: UPI, credit and debit cards and netbanking.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. See the refund policy for the details.
- Who can see our student data?
- Only the staff your institution permits, inside your institution's own account. We never share it with other institutions or use it for advertising. See the privacy policy.
