GradeExam is a digital service. There is nothing physical to ship and no shipping charges.

Credits are delivered to your institution's account on successful payment, typically within seconds and always within 30 minutes.

Credits do not expire once delivered.

Access to the service is delivered online at gradeexam.com immediately after signup.

If credits do not appear after a successful payment, email hello@gradeexam.com with the payment reference and we will resolve it within 1 business day.
